I needed help on a boundary dispute that had gone on for two years. Wanting an independent person was very important. Richard gave me the best advice I could wish for. His advice on site and the quality and content of his report was the best information I could have to settle the dispute. Many thanks. Read more...
Richard can also help if you are looking to move to the area, but are too far away to make viewing multiple properties practical. Richard can carry out 'viewing inspections' on your behalf, inspecting the property and providing you with a comprehensive disc of photos and a short report to help you make the right choice.
Abergele has Roman origins. Local landmark, Gwrych Castle, is a Grade I listed 19th century country house. Other sites of historical interest include two Iron Age hillforts, and on Tower Hill above the town is a 17th century watchtower.
